About Melissa

Melissa is a Registered Legal Executive and Registered Conveyancing Practitioner based in our Rolleston office. She has worked in the legal profession since 2006 and was appointed an Associate of the firm in 2023. Melissa works across a broad range of property and private client matters, providing practical and trusted advice to clients.

Her work spans the sale and purchase of residential, rural, and commercial properties, including those with added complexities and earthquake claims. With a background in estate administration, she assist clients with their estate planning, including Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Occupation Right Agreements, the formation and administration of Trusts, and companies. Melissa is experienced in refinancing, subdivisions, and property development and regularly reviews build contracts and turn-key (off-the-plan) agreements to ensure clients are fully informed and protected throughout the process.

Melissa enjoys living and working in Rolleston and attending community events with her young family.
